Meet the Team
In 2007, after a decorated collegiate football career and receiving a degree in Exercise Science from Mesa Colorado University, Drew became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since then he has coached with and learned from some of the best Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the Country. Drew has coached over 1000 high school athletes as well as NFL, MLB, Olympic, and elite collegiate teams for the last 12 years.
When Drew is not training athletes he enjoys spending his time with his wife, Nicole, and his two sons, Barrett and Ridge, along with hunting, fishing, camping, playing basketball and working out.
Collin Nevitt – Performance Coach C.S.C.S
Collin graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise and Wellness in December of 2015. He went on to coach wrestling at North Canyon High School for two years before finding himself at Speed and Strength University. During his academic career in college, Collin developed a strong interest in applying strength and conditioning to the sport of wrestling. He is also worked with multiple college teams as a strength and conditioning coach.
In his spare time, Collin enjoys taking his dog out for walks, hiking, working out, and volunteering at his church.
Iliana holds a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. Her experience working with youth, weight loss clients and physical therapy patients has shaped her overall training methodology. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist Iliana understands the importance of proper nutrition, training and mindset for high level performance.
Outside of the gym Iliana enjoys spending time with family, drinking coffee and traveling.
Giacomo graduated from Arizona State University in spring of 2020 with his bachelors degree in Exercise and Wellness. His background in playing football has developed his passion for training athletes in the weight room and on the field since being in college. Giacomo understands that all athletes are different when it comes to their training and is motivated to help every athlete he trains reach their goals.
